You will receive a nutrition guide and meal examples that will help you begin to design meals around what you should be eating for your individual body. You will learn how to figure out your carb tolerance and how to eat intuitively based on results you’re seeing, or not seeing. Everyone is individual in their nutritional tolerances, so the goal is for you to understand how blood sugar and other hormones play a role in fat loss. You will learn how to successfully monitor your blood sugar levels and how to adjust nutrition to get you optimized!
Fitness
You will receive a 4-week workout calendar which can be used over and over again to continue to see results! You will learn how to progress through each week and how to continue to use this format of training! It’s time to pick up those weights and get strong! You will learn how to workout smarter and not harder. You will learn how to progressively overload the muscles as well as the importance of rest recovery and stress management. Remember, strength training, in the right style, is imperative to change your metabolism and body composition.
measuring your personal progress
Each week you will be keeping track of your measurements and progress photos. This is how you gauge fat loss and progress. Even if the scale is not moving, your body composition will be! The number on the scale will come, but this is not the main focus! Measurements is the best indicator to use to make tweaks along the way to make sure you are getting the results you want. Stall in measurements, or a plateau in fat loss? You will learn how to adjust to continue reaching those goals!

Continued education is super important to what we teach clients, and being able to arm yourself with all the knowledge possible to have sustainable success is a goal of ours.
